We generally accept returns within 14 business days if you were shipped the wrong item. Item must be returned with the product packaging unopened. Opening the package activates the manufacturers warranty, and sending it back to us voids any warranties. In case of defect, product must be returned to the manufacturer. Please contact us in advance for further instructions. All warranties expressed or implied are that of the manufacturer, and must be settled with them.
