No refunds are given unless if you receive a damaged item. In which case you need to send me a digital photograph of the damaged item. After it has been received we will review it and once approved you will ship the item back to our store. Once it has been received by us a refund will be issued for the cost of the item plus shipping cost.Returns will be issued a store credit or exchange. Item must be returned within 7 days to be issued a credit and it will be the buyer's responsibility to pay the shipping fees.

Most orders will ship next business day after the payment has cleared.We use delivery confirmation on all packagesYour order should be received within 2-3 days after shipping unless delayed by the postal service. In this instance we are not responsible.
