Returns are accepted on all items (except cosmetics and other items prohibited by law or regulation) within 7 days of receipt. Items must be returned in new, unused condition (for new items) or in the same condition in which received (for pre-owned items) to be eligible for refund. Please be sure to CONTACT US for an RMA number before sending any item back. Items must be shipped to our return address in the US with the RMA number and other required identifying.

Most items ship directly to you from the manufacturer in Hong Kong via International Airmail. Please allow 2-4 weeks' shipping time for these items. Items shipped from other locations will have shipping locations indicated in the listing.
