REFUNDS:
All my orders are carefully packaged to ensure a safe delivery. I am not responsible for any damages that may have occurred in the delivery process. With that said, refunds (minus shipping costs) can be given upon return if the item is grossly misrepresented only. Simply not liking an accurately described item is not eligible for return/refund. I accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. All items included in your package (including free gifts) must still be in their original state and packaging, and must show no signs of use. Buyer pays return shipping and must provide tracking. A 20 percent restocking fee will be charged to any and all returned items. Please contact me first before submitting a return!

SHIPMENT SCHEDULE:
All orders are shipped from NY or PA within 2 business days via USPS First Class Mail. I do not ship on weekends or holidays. For time sensitive orders I provide USPS Priority Mail shipping upgrades. I cannot guarantee an exact shipping date, I can only provide estimates based on the USPS' reports.
LATE OR LOST PACKAGES:
If your order has not arrived in 9 business days and tracking has not updated in more than 3 days, please contact the USPS. Provide the representative with your tracking number and confirm your address to start an investigation and receive a case number. Tracking should update in the coming days.
