I do accept returns on damaged items. If you will please contact me with in 3 days of the item delivered to you. Please contact me first for a RA number and correct return address to me before the item is mailed back. My items come for several warehouses so correct RA numbers and addresses will be needed. If you do not contact me first the item will not be accepted back or refunded. I do not refund for lost items showing that it was delivered to you. ** Return postage is your responsablity I do not refund shipping charges on returns. Thank you so much for your business!

My suppliers mail items out within 48 business hours depending on the time of day you pay and item is processed. Most items however do mail out within 24 businss hours. Items are shipped UPS or USPS priority mail depending on your location. Items are only mailed within the lower 48 states. Some items can be mailed to Canada. This will be stated in each listing. (First class may sometimes be used depending on your address)
