-Returns within 14 days are accepted for non-AS IS/no RETURN items. Buyer will pay to return defective items or items that were purchased in error or item that was intentionally purchased to return for whatever purpose. After inspection, we will issue a full refund to your account, but everything must be included just like it was shipped to you.

Restocking Fee*** Items that are claimed to be not working will be re-tested when received. If there is something wrong with it indeed there will be no restocking fee. Otherwise, there will be a 15% restocking fee.

Most items local or international are shipped within 24 hour after payment has been cleared (Mon-Friday).
Items paid on Friday or on week-end will be shipped on Monday or Tuesday (except holidays).
Delivery is estimated to be in the US continental between 2 to 9 business days for standard shipping.
FedEx/UPS*** ground or priority packages vary by location from 1 to 5 days; however, this is not a guaranty. We cannot ship FedEx or UPS shipment to PO BOX, a physical address is required and that may delay the shipping of your order if not provided in a timely fashion.
