Returns will only be accepted if the product received was defective. You must contact us within 5 days of receipt. Return of merchandise must take place within 7 days of receipt. All products to be returned must be in original condition, including packaging, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, accessories, etc. The product's original factory seal must be intact.  Hot Diggity's reserves the right to decline any return or exchange where the product is not in acceptable condition.  Most shipments will be by USPS Priority Mail. Some larger items may ship via UPS Ground. Orders are generally shipped within 48 hours after payment is received and cleared. (Many times orders are sent out within 24 hours.)
