Palermo Return Pokicy Certified Warranty Information and Guaranteed Coverage
Palermo warranty and Guarantee is for 90 days from the time product was/is received, by buyer or buyers designated delivery address. Buyers who may change their mind, about their purchase, must, within 7 Banking Days of their receipt, notify Palermo by email of their intent to return purchased item. Thereafter Buyer has 30 Banking days to return the item, in either case, shipping is paid by buyer.
All things being equal; Palermo will issue buyer a 100% refund, less shipping cost paid, provided the item is in resalable condition, and is shipped back to Palermo in its original shipped to box/container.
