We accept returns for up to 14 days from the day buyer receives the item. Item must be postmarked within this two week window. Buyer should contact seller before shipping back item to receive a Return Authorization number. No item will be accepted for return without Return Authorization number.
Buyer pays return shipping and we do not refund shipping costs - just the purchase price of item(s) sold. We only accept returns on defective items. Should you desire an exchange for defective item, contact seller through AM contact to determine if item is still in stock for exchange.

We ship within 5 business days after payment clear, M-F 9 a.m.-4 p.m. CST, except for holidays. We use USPS, UPS, and FedEx. We ship at the lowest cost available unless buyer requests and pays for expedited, insurance or special circumstances. There is a $2.00 package and handling fee. This is to help defray packaging materials. We do combine shipping whenever possible; however, items must be purchased in same order to combine. If items ship from different suppliers warehouses we cannot combine shipping but will e-mail buyer to arrange partial refund of shipping as a courtesy. We ship only to the lower 48 United States of America. There will be NO orders shipped overseas.
