Merchandise is inspected and packaged to minimize risk of damage during shipping. In the event merchandise does get damaged during shipping, you must notify me within 48 hours. I will issue either a credit or replacement, your choice.
Unburned candles may be returned for any other reason (authorization required) within 15 days. Buyer is responsible for full actual shipping cost.

All candles are made to order. Please allow 5-10 days for shipping. Most orders are shipped USPS Priority flat rate or regional flat rate (2-3days)
