Returns are accepted up to 30 days from receiving your order. If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it for a partial refund. There is a 20% restocking fee. If an item arrived damaged let us know, we will refund you completely (minus shipping and handling) or send out a replacement free of charge. If we sent you the wrong item or an extra item, we will pay for shipping to return the item(s) back to us.

We ship worldwide and calculate our orders by weight. Items that we ship for free, will not be included in the shipping cost to help you save money. We ship within 3 business days, but mostly ship within 24 hours of cleared payment. Shipping times vary between 3-10 business days. Shipping times outside the USA vary and can take up to 30 days to be delivered unless you choose Priority Mail International or Express Mail International shipping will take 10-20 business days. Business days do not include holidays or weekends and only include Monday-Friday.
