Skin Essentials accepts returns of items in new & unused original form. Refunds will be issued when the returned item is received back to our warehouse.

* Shipping fees and Signature Confirmation are non-refundable
* 20% restocking fee will be deducted for missing parts or all open boxes
* Customer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred with returning the merchandise.
