Sorry... due to the nature of the items sold in PDF format via email, it is nonrefundable. However; if you have any problems with the item(s) purchased, just let me know and I will assist you to the best of my ability.

The PDF FORMAT patterns and no part of them may be reproduced in any way, shape or form to be sold as your own.

I give everyone permission to make and sell the completely finished patterns at local craft fairs and/or in your store as long as you include an acknowledgement that you used a pattern created by ALL STITCHES

SHIPPING:

Delivery of all pattern purchases will be sent electronically in PDF format via e-mail and will be done within 24 hours of payment receipt (usually sooner).

All patterns will be sent to the one shown in your order placement as well as the one shown in your PayPal account.

Please let me know if you would like, or need, to have your pattern purchase sent to a particular email address.
