Defective/Damaged Item Return Policy

In the event that an DVD purchased from us is defective, we will exchange the disc from the inventory with another new one.
Returned DVDs must be without any scraches and signs.
When returning items to us, use a bubble envelope.
Please contact us before returning any item to recieve the return address.
Discs must be in "like new" condition in order for us to issue a refund. Any disc not meeting these conditions will be returned to you and no refund issued.
Normal shipping time in Israel normally takes 3-7 business days.

Orders placed by 10:30 AM will ship same day. Orders placed after 10:30 AM will ship the next business day.

If you receive a DVD that has been damaged or is defective, please e-mail us. If you feel that your order may have been lost in transit, please write us.
International shipping time between 10-35 business days.
We are not able to lower the value of a shipment for customs purposes. We mark the package like CD with the real value.
