1. We DO NOT ACCEPT RETURN or REFUND for these following cases:
A) Lost or stolen items during shipment period of un-insured parcel.
B) Any wrong or undeliverable addresses.
C) Item damaged due to mishandling by customer.
D) Due to the nature of product, we do not accept return or exchange for foods, snacks and beverage. All sales are final except item is significantly not as describe, sent wrong item and loss of registered parcel.
E) If you DO NOT SATISFIED WITH ITEM FOR ANY REASONS and would like to return it, please contact us first and provide some details. Some photo pictures may be requested. Authorized item must be return in its original intact condition

1. Item is shipped via air-mail (small packet) by Thailand post within 1-5 business days after we receive clear of full payment.
2. The insurance cost is only $2 per order. Tracking number will be provided to customer after item is sent out.
3. We ship item to Paypal Confirm Address only. Make sure your address in Paypal is the same as your shipping address.
4. That item is located in Thailand. INTERNATIONAL AIRMAIL SHIPPING TIME is about 7-25 BUSSINESS DAYS to most US, UK and AU destinations. However, it may take up to a month to arrive particularly during peak periods or in bad weather condition. Delivery times may vary with the destination and country depends on both country shipping service transit time and custom clearance process.
