For returns please call us prior shipping the product back to receive RMA number. All returned items Must be in good condition, new and unworn. Please repack your order mail to:

Customers wishing to return merchandise must include a copy of the original
invoice. All merchandise must be returned within 15 days of invoice date. Items should be returned with a copy of the original invoice, and reason for return of the merchandise. Customers attempting to return items will be responsible for the shipping costs.

Merchandise shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Federal Express or UPS with tracking and delivery with signature confirmation. If you prefer delivery by another courier with required signature, please choose appropriate method of shipping courier or contact us. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online. Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs.Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects. Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
