If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can send this back to me within 30 days of receipt for a refund. The shippingcosts are non-refundable. The returned item must be in the exact state as we shipped it to you. All our shipments have standard insurance. We recommend you do the same when you ship it back to us. I don't accept returns after 30 days of receipt and don't give refunds for returned items getting lost or damaged without insurance.

Our standard shipper is TNTpost, Priority. Europese countries = 1-2 weeks
USA / worldwide = 2-3 weeks.
Track&Trace is available to most countries on request. FedEx overnight shipping is optional.
