Returns are accepted if what you got is not what was described or pictured. If you refuse insurance on anything and it gets damaged in shipping I am sorry but have no recourse to refund your money. If it is just plain doesn't work at all contact me within 3 days to make arrangements. If  I approve of your return I do not pay for return shipping. Just about everything that I sell I am very knowledgeable about but if I am not I will say that in the listing. Look at my main listing for how I categorize my products.

All items will be shipped by USPS Priority mail unless otherwise stated in the sale or arranged by you the buyer. Anything paid for with PayPal will only be shipped to verified addresses. Most all orders will be sent out within 24 hrs of payment clearing unless order is placed on weekend or holiday. No PO or FPO addresses sorry. Items over 50.00 will be insured automatically.
