Our Three Month Guarantee
If a purchase is complete with a rooted plant and the plant fails to survive due to adaptability then the three month guarantee will be in effect for a FREE REPLACEMENT or the same value plant within the zone area. Stipulations apply: written request along with THE ORIGINAL SHIPPING LABEL must be returned within the guarantee time line.
*Replacement guarantee is VOID unless the ORIGINAL SHIPPING LABEL is returned.
If the valued customer is unsatisfied with their chosen plant(s) then ALL return process must be taken place within 15 days. If the plant is returned livable then a 15% restocking fee will be issued to the customer.
*** NO refund of shipping and handling on any orders.
Our Shipping Policy
Please note that our products can only be shipped to the Continental (48) United States.
Please allow 1 week for your order to be processed. Keep in mind that many of our plants and trees are shipped in a dormant condition. Soak overnight before planting. In general, these items can be planted anytime your ground is not frozen. An early snow or frost will not harm a nursery stock item that is already dormant. On the other hand, these items can also be planted during warm weather--simply be sure to water well. Potted perennials can be planted outside anytime after your last frost until your ground has frozen solid for the winter.
