You can return any item within 30 days of delivery and get your refund within 24 hours of receipt of return.

Maximum amount towards refund is limited to the amount paid by the customer, inclusive of shipping charges.

Shipping costs for returning the items have to be borne by the customer.

You can also ask for exchange of the item after returning the item to any of our offices. We do not charge for shipment of the exchange items.

While we have no questions asked return and refund policy, we request our customers to restrict returns to reasons like damaged products or wrong products. We do not relist or restock the return items.

Delivery Policy

We understand that when you place your orders, you want your items to be delivered to you fast and secure. We have built our delivery system to accordingly fulfill your needs.

We provide FREE shipping worldwide on all items. Shipments are delivered in 3 to 5 days. We deliver your order to your street address only. We do not deliver to post box addresses.

Some of our fast selling products are sometimes kept in the local fulfillment center of Amazon. Orders containing those products are fulfilled by Amazon, usually within 2 to 5 days.

All shipments are trackable and we provide to you the tracking numbers of the shipping company used for fulfilling the order.
