New items usually have a 7-30 day return policy but you must contact me to get an RMA before the item can be returned. *Please keep all original packaging during this time.* Return fees may apply to you the buyer depending on how you ship the item back once you have received the RMA. All instructions on how to return the item will be included with the RMA. Note: Not all items are returnable due to some items are used and sold as is.
Cash refunds can take 30-60 days to be posted since they are not sent until the returned item has been received by the manufacturer. For out of stock items cash refunds are immediate. Return postage is the buyers responsibility. All postage is non-refundable for refunds.
