How do I cancel or return an order?
Unfortunately, once an order is submitted, we are unable to cancel it. All orders, however, may be returned. Follow the instructions as is elucidated below. Allow a minimum of five business days for your request to be processed. Refunds are issued for the purchase price of the items returned. Shipping & processing charges aren???t refunded. We don???t accept returns COD.

What are the conditions to return an order?
We operate according to FDA regulations that state all used products are non-refundable & non-returnable. Therefore we accept returns of goods that weren???t opened & are in their original condition. Pack your shipment securely & return it to us via FedEx or other insured mail.

How the package is identified?
For safety and legal reasons, our company name appears on our shipping boxes. Please keep this in mind when selecting your shipping destination.


Can I ship outside the United States?
At this time, we ship to the United States and Canada only.


Can I ship to APO/FPO addresses through the online store?
Yes, you may have any item shipped to an APO/FPO address. However, rush shipping is not available to APO/FPO addresses.


Can I bill to an international address?
