We do take returns with the following requirements:Buyer must notify us within 7 days of receiving the product. You will then be given a return code. No item can be returned without that. All items must be returned in same condition as was shipped in. All tags must still be on item and not used. Must be in orginial packaging.If a item is returned in not same condition as sent no refund will be made and will be return and shipping paid by buyer.Refund will be in purchase price minus 15% restocking fee. All shipping charges are paid by buyer. Custom items can not be returned as can not be resold. Earrings, body jewelry and intimate clothing can not be returned for health reasons and can not be resold.This applies unless listing says different

we are manufacturers, wholesalers and liquidators. Because of that some items will be shipped out at different times.
We will say on listing if it is shipped by process 1through 3
Process 1: shipped 1 to 2 business days.
Process 2: Custom made items have to be designed, proofed by customer then
manufactured and then shipped this all can take up to 21 days to be recieved. Usually less, please be patient on custom jobs.
Process 3: Since we are wholesalers and liquidators sometimes items are not sent out by us but by a partner of ours these generally are shipped with in 3 days and generally go UPS Ground
