New, Sealed Products - unopened products may be returned within 10 days. All non-defective returns will incur a non-negotiable 25% restocking fee. By purchasing our products you agree to the aforementioned re-stocking fee.

Defective Products - Any defective product will be exchanged for the identical item within 10 days from sale. Defects include any item which fails to operate with batteries installed and/ or any product which has a manufacturer defect. Due to health code regulations we regret that we are unable to accept opened products for any reason. No exception. You are required to ask any questions prior to sale.

Shipping and/ or handling charges are not refundable.

Packaging
100% plain packaging. Our packages arrive secure, sealed in new brown packaging.

Processing time
We require up to 3 business day processing time for all orders. 95% of all orders do ship within 1-2 business days.

Tracking number
You will receive your tracking number within 1 business day following shipping.

We ship 9am-4pm Monday-Friday (closed Saturday-Sunday)

Undeliverable shipments
If your package is returned to our warehouse due to invalid shipping information or marked as ???unclaimed??? you will be responsible for an additional $7 reshipment fee. No exceptions.
