Return of any item must be authorized by seller. If approved, item must be returned in original condition within 14 days. Refund covers price of item only. Buyer is responsible for all postage, and return postage should include insurance.

Items not eligible for refunds: Sealed CDs & DVDs that have been opened; books, including songbooks; items that have been worn or soiled; items that the purchased condition has been altered by the buyer; items without insurance that were damaged or lost in shipping.

Inspiration Plus uses USPS 1st Class, Media Mail, Priority and Parcel Post for delivery within the USA. Tracking will be included with all options at no cost to the buyer.  Insurance will be included at the buyers expense upon request.  Inspiration Plus is not responsible for loss or damage in shipping or for time in transit.
