1. All returns must be requested within 2 days after receipt.
2. You must receive an RMA # from us before proceeding with your return by emailing kcvariety@yahoo.com. Be sure to include the reason for your return.
3. Place the RMA # on outside of the package before shipping.
4. It is also best if you insure the package in case of loss, as we are not responsible for lost packages during the return process.
5. All returned items are inspected. Items should not be worn, used, washed or damaged and must be in original packaging, or we will be unable to accept the return.
6. There is a 25% restocking fee on all returned items.

Order processing takes between 1-3 business days.

Items take between 2 to 10 business days to be received by buyer.  We use UPS or USPS most of the time.

Shipping cost is per item and for some of my items, I do combined shipping.  Please email me at kcvariety@yahoo.com for specifics.  Shipping costs will vary per item as each item will have different weights and dimensions.
