before returning any item and receive a RMA first.
We will refund for merchandise price only.
Shipping/Handling and Insurance is non-refundable.

The item must be returned in unused/re-salable condition
with the original packaging.
Do not return without approval and instructions.
On rare occasions an item may arrive damaged or defective, we will replace it promptly at no cost to you.
Report any problems within 48 hours of receiving item(s).
