We can only issue an exchange for the following reasons: Incorrect Quantity or wrong Item Shipped.
Freight Damage (Recipient must make claim with shipment carrier first). We will not be held liable for any incident or any accident or consequential damages related to the use or misuse of this item under any circumstances.
If buyer received a wrong item, please obtain a RMA number from us before shipping the item back. We do not accept any returns without RMA number. The returning item must be in resale condition.
Items are generally shipped within 7-15 Business Day, will contact at once if there is delay on shipment. Most of the time items are shipped with in 72 hours.
