Buyer agrees that all sales are final and returns are only accepted within 30 days for hardware warranty repair. Buyers agrees that warranty repair/replacement (at our option) is the only remedy under the warranty. Buyer agrees No Refunds/Exchanges will be given in lieu of repair/replacement. Buyer agrees that "all sales are final" means that no refunds/charge-backs will be approved for returned/non-returned items or for any reason. Shipping and/or return shipping fee is non-refundable.

Buyer agrees there will be an additional shipping charge if the item is returned to us by USPS as "unclaimed" (the tracking information shows that a notice was left and the item wasn't picked-up) "undeliverable as addressed" (because the buyer didn't check or update their PayPal or Credit Card billing address prior to payment) "refused", "returned for refund" or if we determine that the item was returned by the buyer during the warranty period for non-warranty repair issues.
