If you don't like what you've bought, I will take it back as long as you let me know within 14 days (2 weeks) after you receive it. The item must be in the exact same condition as when it left my house (still sealed items MUST be still sealed when they are returned for a refund).

Items that are claimed to be received damaged must be returned to me before I will issue a refund. Items that have unique serial numbers and markings are recorded by me before they are shipped.

ALL returns are opened in the presence of a postal worker and/or video camera to witness and/or record the condition of the items in the package.

Shipping amounts listed include the cost of Delivery Confirmation, and in the case of items being shipped via a padded mailer, will include the cost of the mailer.

Most items are shipped via the United States Postal Service. I generally list the cheapest method for shipping but will ship Priority Mail upon request.

Items are shipped the next business day after payment has been received (and usually the same day if payment is received before noon Eastern time).
