I do not give returns on the books or the readings. I inspect all of my books before I ship. I don't sell books with writing, highlighting or any excessive wear. I also add detailed description of the book and photos. For the readings, I'd speak with the buyer and come to a compromise depending on why they wanted a refund.
Books ship next day after order, unless it is Sunday. Then I would ship on Monday. Holidays go out next day. Readings are digital and are shipped within 24 hours. If something wild and crazy happened I would let you know immediately.
Books are bubble wrapped and put in secure envelope.
