I ship by Canada Post within 3 business days of receiving payment. Parcels are insured,unfortunately Canada Post does not insure glass and pottery for damage, loss only. Most parcels are shipped by air mail to the USA and large heavy parcels will have to be shipped Expedited. Expedited provides tracking number.
