If you have a problem, PLEASE contact me directly before filing complaints with Atomic Mall and/or PayPal. Buyers may return items within 14 days for a refund/replacement if dissatisfied for ANY reason. If the item is defective, a replacement item will be sent (if available). If the buyer is dissatisfied for any other reason (such as DVD quality or compatibility with the buyer's DVD Player), the buyer will be refunded the original purchase price (not S&H). ALL ITEMS SHIPPED WITHIN THE USA ARE INSURED. If an item is lost or damaged during shipping, the buyer should file an insurance claim with USPS. If necessary, I will assist the buyer in filing a claim to help get their money back.

S&H FEES: Cost for customers in the USA includes USPS Priority Mail S&H with Delivery Confirmation and Insurance. For customers outside of the USA, please inquire for International S&H costs. S&H prices may vary when ordering more than one item, so please contact me if you are ordering multiple items and want to ship them together.

Due to the amount of orders I receive and recurring health problems I suffer from, it may take 5 business days or longer after receiving payment before your order is shipped. If you have a problem with the handling time, please consider this before buying.
