Returns accepted with prior approval within 14 days of receipt of purchased item based on USPS tracking delivery date. Refund will be processed once the item is in our possession. Buyer pays return shipping cost unless agreed otherwise through prior communication.

Please make inquiries and request additional photos prior to purchase to minimize the inconvenience of a return. We've had maybe two returns in seven years on eBay and none on Etsy and no negative feedbacks on either.

We ship the next day items purchased Sunday through Thursday (unless Monday is a Holiday). Items Purchased Friday or Saturday will be mailed on Monday morning (unless a Holiday).

Items up to 10oz will ship via USPS First Class mail.

Depending on size, heavier items will be shipped either USPS Priority Mail or USPS Parcel Select.

Books ship via USPS Media Mail.
