Dabpensation offers a 14-day satisfaction guarantee on most of our products. We???re sorry, but atomizer coils and other products that come into contact with herb and concentrates cannot be returned. Products deemed defective by Dabpensation will be replaced within 14 days from the date of purchase. After the first 14 days, the manufactures warranty applies.

The following conditions of items will not be accepted for returns or refund:

Any item that is returned more than 10 days after RMA issue date.
Any consumable item found used.
Any item that is not in its original condition, is physically damaged, or is missing parts, manuals, rebate forms or other included items.
Any item that has labels, writing, or damaged packaging.

Dabpensation uses USPS for most of our shipments. UPS options are available at an additional fee. All tracking numbers will be sent to the customer upon shipment.
