You may return new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery.  Items should be returned in their original product packaging.  We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Just contact us by telephone or email within 7 days of date of delivery, and we will guide you through the process. We cannot accept returns of Electrical items or any product missing the serial number or UPC.

Items are carefully packed and shipped the same day payment is received (or cleared).  Payments made after hours and weekends will be shipped the following business day.  Shipping is buyer's choice, but generally UPS Ground or US Priority Mail is preferred.
