If you receive a broken or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will provide you instructions on returning and / or receiving a replacement item. You must contact us within 30 days of receipt of merchandise, after the 30 days no refunds will be accepted. Do not return merchandise without contacting us first.
*We ship through UPS, FedEx, USPS networks. All orders that will be sent to a PO Box will be covered by USPS.
*Big Lots Valley is not responsible if order was delivered to a wrong address or an address that does not exist, and returned to us for wrong address fulfillment. Customer are responsible through checkout that address, apartment #, PO Box #, city, state, and zip code is correct upon customer receipt, no refunds will be given.
