RECEIVED INCORRECT ORDER
If you received an item which is not what you ordered, we messed up! The robots packing your boxes must have had a short circuit, we apologize. Contact us within 14 calendar days.
Do not open.
You must have all original packaging and anything else you have received.
(WE DON'T ACTUALLY HAVE ROBOTS PACKING BOXES!)
DEAD ON ARRIVAL
If you received a defective (not working) product, contact us within 14 calendar days.
You must have all original packaging, shipping labels, accessories, and anything else you've received.
DAMAGED DUE TO SHIPPING
If your order was damaged due to shipping, contact us immediately.
You must have all original packaging and anything else you've received.
We ship FedEx ground. We do not ship to Hawaii or Alaska unless we emailed ahead of time.

Return shipping is paid by the buyer.

We do not ship to PO Box's unless other arrangements are made.
