If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of purchase date or 10 days of delivery date, whichever comes later. Please keep the products and the packaging materials in new conditions to ensure full refund. A Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) number must be obtained and used with the return shipment. Claims for missing items or items damaged in shipment must be made within two business days of receipt of merchandise.

Shipping:

These find jewelry pendants are custom made and are produced after verification of orders. Made of 18K gold, solid silver, and Swarovski crystal, and complete with a sterling silver chain and presentation box, they take up to ten days in our production facilities. The guaranteed shipping time is 14 days after ordering. Warranty and return grace period only starts upon delivery of the jewelry to our customers.
