Any unwashed, unworn clothing item purchased from us may be returned within 30 days. The item(s) should be new WITH TAGS the same way it was received and returned in their original packaging (box) to be accepted and issued a refund.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyers returning any item(s). Please use a shipping method that can be tracked if possible preferably using the United States Postal Service with Delivery Confirmation as an inexpensive way to ship the item back.

Important Shipping Information:

Orders are shipped from Los Angeles, CA. We ship most orders within 1-2 business days, including Saturdays, except for major holidays.

We will notify you immediately if an ordered item is unavailable and will not go out within 48 hours for shipment.

Shipping Method:

We use the United States Postal Service for standard shipping service depending on weight and destination. For expedited service we use USPS Express Mail, UPS and or FedEx.

International orders are shipped via USPS First Class International. Hat Depot Plus does not pay for customs fees. The customer is responsible for any custom charges gained.
