Returns will require prior authorization.  Returns are accepted for manufacturing defects unless the manufacturer requires that it be returned to them.  Should any items need to be returned for other reasons than defects or damage, a 15% restocking fee may be imposed.  Shipping will be excluded from refund. For defects sent back to Under The Sun Mal,  the buyer will be responsible for return shipping which may be reimbursed at the sole discretion of Under The Sun Mall.
Shipping will be by best method available and is usually by USPS.  Some items, such as electronics, will be shipped via UPS unless otherwise stated.
