Non perishable items may be returned within 7-10 business days. Items must be in the same condition they were when you received them in order to return them. Every attempt has been made to represent the condition of used books or other media or vintage items as accurately as possible.
Customer pays shipping on all returns or exchanges.

In most cases your items will be shipped within 24 to 48 hours (during business days) of your order. Items purchased over the weekends may be subject to a slightly longer delay. Please allow 2 - 6 weeks for shipping, (although your item will likely arrive much earlier) this allows for any delays the post office may be experiencing that is out of my control. In the event that some of my beadwork items have sold out, your order may be subject to two or three days delay to allow for production of your item to fill the order. Thank you for your patience.
