We rarely have returns but do accept them up to ten days  for any reason except buyer remorse. We stand by our merchandise and if there is an error or omission in our description we will pay return postage. All items completely guaranteed!

Usually all items are shipped the next business day. We pack very well but insurance for breakables is highly recommended. We ship anywhere USPS goes. The price shown in our description is the maximum shipping cost based on proximity to zip 94555; if you are closer the cost will be lower. For international deliveries will gladly quote in advance. Finally if you are close to our storage lot in Fremont California, please feel free to come by and pick up your item direct!
