We want to make sure you're satisfied with your purchase! If, by chance, a product needs to be returned to us it must be returned in the same condition you received it (unworn) and in the original box and/or packaging. We will ask you to pay the postage to send back any item that doesn't delight you and will issue a refund upon receipt. The refund will be a refund of sales price only (not the shipping/handling costs).

Orders will be shipped within 3-5 full business days (M-F) and do not include holidays or weekends.
If you need to use a PO Box, please include the PO Box number and physical address as well when checking out. We will supply both to the shipping carrier who will determine if USPS will make the final delivery. This item will be shipped via UPS, USPS, Fed-Ex or a combination of the major carriers.
Once your order is shipped, we will update your order with the tracking information. UPS Basic does not update packages the same way UPS Ground does. Most of the time the tracking # will not be updated until the package has been received in your state or in a neighboring state.
