Return/ cancellation
Please read the auction item carefully. If you have any questions ask before you bid.
 
If the item is damaged during shipping you must let me know ASAP. 
All original packing must be available to apply for insurance on a damaged item.

I try to mail items within 2 business days. If I am unable to do that I will let you know.

I normally use USPS, with delivery confirmation
I  include insurance for any item that is fragile or breakable. I will pay for the insurance.

I also provide combined shipping rates where applicable.

I use a conventional scale that is not intended solely for postage.  If the buyer is charged more than $2.00 above the actual postage the difference will be returned to the buyer.
