You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a refund with a 10% restocking Fee. If the vinyl is installed wrong "Fusion Art" is not responsible to make a reprint, so we suggest you read the installation f.a.q (Dry Method, Wet Method) throughly! If your vinyl print is damaged (bent, creased or ripped) contact "Fusion Art" within 24hrs for a free replacement cut. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Damaged or Lost Shipment: If your package has been damaged upon arrival, please contact us and we will notify you as to what procedures will be taken in order to solve this issue. We are not responsible for any shipping errors or damaged shipments by any 3rd party carriers.

Shipping: We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
