Refund and Exchange Policy for Online Customers
We guarantee the condition and quality of all our products. If you are not satisfied with your order and would like to return or exchange an item, please email us. You may initiate returns within 30 days of receipt of the order. You, the buyer, are responsible for all shipping costs. After we have confirmed your refund request, you have 30 days from the day you received the order to return it back to us. The product must be returned in the condition it was received.
Shipping expenses you, the buyer, have paid for return or exchange is not refundable. We suggest on any return or exchange your mail carrier uses a tracking method.

All orders normally ship within 1-2 business days from Tampa, Florida. We ship Monday through Friday excluding bank Holidays. If your order requires more handling time, you will be contacted via email. Large orders are subject to email or phone verification prior to shipping. Transactions billing from Florida are subject to sales tax at the rate of 7%. We currently ship within the U.S., Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands, APO, and P.O. Boxes.
