For hygeinic reasons, there are no returns on jars, brushes and makeup. All other items may be returned if grossly misrepresented. Please contact us prior to returning anything. Shipping/handling charges not refundable.
All items shipped within 2 business days of receipt of payment. Items shipped within the United States all include Delivery Confirmation. Unless specified otherwise, they will ship either First Class Mail or Priority Mail. (Parcel Post has gotten too slow)
If paying with PayPal, please be sure your mailing address is current with them. Items will be shipped to the address on file with PayPal.
