All merchandise is unique and ALL SALES ARE FINAL-NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES. All merchandise is described in detail, including any flaws or wear if applicable. If there are no flaws noted, the item is in excellent condition. If you need additional information, please inquire prior to purchasing. Insurance and tracking is not included, but can be added for a small fee upon request. Please request inurance or tracking if desired and the listing will be updated for you. If there are issues resulting in damage or loss, liability is limited to the insurance limits of the specific carrier if insurance is purchased by the customer.
GoodStuff ships once a week on Saturday. Orders placed by 12 noon EST on Wednesday will ship on Saturday. Orders placed after 12 noon Wednesday will go out the following Saturday. It usually will go out sooner, but just in case if you need it sooner than the following week, please let us know. Expedited same day shipping is available by selecting that option when checking out. Combined shipping is available, if it is not specified in the listing, please contact for a revised quote. Merchandise is shipped via the least expensive method, and delivery times may vary. Tracking and insurance is not included but may be added for a small fee upon request. All breakable items are shipped insured.
