I test all games before I list and again before being shipped. I will take returns if the item doesn't work or I misrepresented the item. I must be contacted within 5 days of receiving the item and shipped back at your expense. Upon receipt back of the merchandise I will refund your total invoice cost. 
If you want to return because you ordered the wrong game or just don't want it, contact me within 5 days of receiving item. For this scenario: You send the item back at your expense and I refund 60% of the total invoice cost. I strive to maintain good relationships with my customers.      

US orders are 1st class in bubble mailer with delivery confirmation. I discount shipping and you pay the highest item shipping fee and additional items are 60% off. I try to give deep discounts on larger orders using Priority Flat Rate shipping. I ship when payment clears. Google Checkout, Paypal and USPS postal money orders are shipped upon receipt of payment. Other money orders or checks take 6-9 days to clear. Canada orders shipped 1st Class Int. & must pay electronically.
